PUMA SE, branded as PUMA, Cobra Golf and Dobotex, is a German multinational company that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories, headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany. The company was founded in 1948 by Rudolf Dassler. In 1924, Rudolf and his brother Adolf Dassler had jointly formed the company Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik. The relationship between the two brothers deteriorated until the two agreed to split in 1948, forming two separate entities, Adidas and PUMA. Both companies are currently based in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

Returns to Store
You also have the option to return your merchandise to a PUMA store. Purchases made by credit card will be credited back to that original card. If the payment method was a PUMA gift card or PayPal, then a PUMA gift card will be issued. Please bring your packing slip to verify the credit amount to be issued. Neither PUMA.com nor stores accept returns on customized products, unless defective.

PUMA does not accept returns on gift cards, undergarments or customized and personalized products. Custom product orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects, in which case you may contact customer service via phone or email for assistance.

INITIATE RETURN

Returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers from the U.S. territories, such as Puerto Rico or from APO/AFO, should use a carrier of their choice and send to:
